SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Premade Items

All premade items are processed in the order they are received and dispatch within 3 business days after your order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

United States: $6 flat-rate shipping. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Transit time is in addition to the dispatch window above.

Free shipping: Eligible orders of $130 or more qualify for free shipping, as calculated at checkout.

International orders: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Tracking and Order Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your shipping label has been created.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information.

If your order contains multiple items with different fulfillment times, your package may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise specified.
