SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Premade Items
All premade items are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Please allow up to 10–15 business days to receive your order unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your shipping label has been created.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information.
If your order contains multiple items with different fulfillment times, your package may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise specified.
